My Journey in Medicine

I am proud to say that I graduated in medicine from the Federal University of Ouro Preto in 2020. Since then, I have been fortunate to work in primary health care, specifically as a doctor in the Family Health Strategy. This experience has allowed me to interact with exceptional professionals and gain a deeper understanding of the reality of our country.

Working in Belo Horizonte and Santa Luzia

During my time as a doctor in the Family Health Strategy, I had the opportunity to work in the municipalities of Belo Horizonte and Santa Luzia. These experiences were invaluable in shaping my career and broadening my perspective on healthcare.

Postgraduate Studies in Psychiatry and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

In addition to my work in primary health care, I am currently pursuing two postgraduate degrees to further enhance my knowledge and skills in the field of medicine. One of these degrees is in psychiatry at IPemed, while the other is in cognitive behavioral therapy at PUC Minas.

The field of psychiatry has always fascinated me, and I believe that it plays a crucial role in addressing mental health issues. Through my postgraduate studies, I aim to deepen my understanding of psychiatric disorders and develop effective strategies for their diagnosis and treatment.

Similarly, cognitive behavioral therapy is a therapeutic approach that has shown promising results in treating various mental health conditions. By pursuing a postgraduate degree in this field, I hope to acquire the necessary skills to provide comprehensive and evidence-based therapy to my patients.

Continuing to Make a Difference

As I embark on this new chapter of my career, I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. I am committed to making a difference in the lives of my patients by providing compassionate and high-quality care.

Through my experiences in primary health care and my ongoing postgraduate studies, I am confident that I will be able to contribute to the field of medicine and help address the healthcare needs of our society.

I am grateful for the education and experiences that have brought me to where I am today, and I look forward to continuing my journey as a doctor and psychiatrist.
